ISUZU multichannel platform & communication strategy
When launching the innovative range of the new pick-up D-Max, MIDI Europe, the European official distributor of ISUZU vehicles, renewed its complete communication strategy to support an even increase its loyal community of users.
Through the webplatforms developed by COMMpla, MIDI Europe provides online services for ISUZU vehicle owners, potential new buyers, dealers and body builders. The platform became also a public forum for ISUZU fans to catch up on the very latest ISUZU news and debate within the community.
Today the isuzu.it website, and with it the other isuzu.es, isuzu.ch, isuzu.fr and isuzutrucks.cz portals, are the point of access of all services provided to the ISUZU network in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France and Czech Republic. They Provide updated information on the vehicles, allow to search for dealers and download the catalogues and updated price lists. The “MY ISUZU” private area offers different services according to the type of users: dealers, bodybuilders, press officers, private clients or public bodies.
From being a simple provider, nowadays COMMpla is the technological web partner of MIDI Europe.
