Valle di Badia is an ancient 18th century hamlet, completely renovated, situated right in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. It hosts a wonderful resort, which is an ideal location for weddings ceremonies and special occasions.
We designed the international conceptual branding project for Valle di Badia, redefining its value proposition, planning its new image and language, as well as its strategic communication plan and customer retention mechanisms. We also defined and populated a profiled database of leeds and customers adopting both inbound and outbound techniques.
We also implemented and optimised their website in line with the communication strategy and using the most recent tecnology and advanced SEO techniques.
The result is an increased visibility and accesses to the new website, mainly from abroad, which translates into contacts and bookings from English and American couples, making Valle di Badia’s business model wider and more international.
